The DX Summit proved to be a tremendous source of knowledge for professionals looking to deliver exceptional digital customer experiences. Best practices, research and bold ideas were exchanged this week.
The conference wrapped up with the People’s Choice Awards, where companies presented their best digital customer experience idea for the new year, be it a technology, a strategy, a concept or a product.
On behalf of Tahzoo, I presented 'Empowering Retailers: Eliminating the Gap Between Physical and Digital'. We showcased how targeted in store communication has a direct impact on shopping behavior, and how we use our TIPS technology to provide a highly immersive experience to connect digital with brick and mortar. Where augmented reality and VR encumbers customers, with TIPS there is no user intervention or self-registration, no QR code, no headset… it seamlessly responds to customers to automate human to human interaction.
Speakers also included Markus Zirn of Workato, Cleve Gibbon of Cognifide, Laurel Fitts of Avanade, and Jorge Trevino of Tremak. At the end of the presentations, the entire conference audience voted live. We're pleased to announce Tahzoo as the winner for 'Best DX Idea for 2017.'
