Tahzoo is headed to Anaheim, although I don’t think there’ll be time for Disneyland. We’re sponsoring the Forrester Research Customer Experience Forum, including a booth at the solutions showcase and I’ll be speaking at a special invitation luncheon at the event on Thursday.
The event is titled, “Why Good Is Not Good Enough.” The goal is not to convince companies that customer experience is important. That’s assumed. If you do not already understand the strategic value to your brand of delivering outstanding customer experiences, you probably don’t belong at the conference. However for those you are attending, it will be a place to meet with peers, hear the latest research and trends from the analysts and connect with people like Tahzoo, who are in the trenches everyday with their clients, delivering a lot more than good.
Your Brand better is Tahzoo’s theme at this year’s conference. It’s all about introducing our set of 10 critical CX solutions. The ones we’ve seen work for our Fortune 500 clients. As the old saying goes, there’s 10 different ways to run these rapids, the only problem is that 8 of them will get you killed. We know the ways that work.
Forrester says that attendees will walk away from the event knowing:
- The key factors that you must focus on to achieve superior customer experience
- Which factors to move beyond
- Innovative approaches that differentiate your firm from competitors
We agree and believe we can help companies make the theory real. We deliver outcomes, not just outputs.
If you’re coming to the Forrester Customer Experience Forum, stop by and see us at booth #104. If you can’t get to LA this week, follow our live Twitter feed @tahzoo and come back on Friday to read my wrap up of the event. What I learned and what I can share with all of you.
